Doug leads up the partnerships team working to build out capabilities and functionalities of Facebook's core targeting and delivery products, as well as any ad products designed for non-digital native verticals (including auto, financial services, retail, education, etc.).  Working with a variety of third parties, he leads the co-development of products that allow clients to stretch the capabilities of Facebook's ads products and drive value. Previous to Facebook, Doug spent most of his career at McKinsey & Company, most recently leading teams in the Marketing and Sales practice while helping to build out their startup consulting practice.  Doug graduated from Stanford in 2013 with an MBA from the Graduate School of Business and an MS in Product Design.
