Stephanie Holmes-Winton is founder and CEO of The Money Finder, a fast growing FinTech/EdTech company in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Holmes-Winton has written two books on spending and debt, has a popular CTV segment, and her advice has been featured in publications all over North America.  Stephanie is the creator of the first Behavioural Cash Flow Planning™ software and online training program for financial professionals. Her clients, the financial advisors, now have the power to help their clients make the most out of the money they already have, often finding an average of $3,300/ mo in wasted cash flow that can be redirected to fund their dreams.

Stephanie spent a decade as a financial advisor, and originally “The Money Finder” was her financial services practice. She realized that there was no education for financial professionals focused on financial behaviour and no professional standard education in cash flow or debt. In 2013 Stephanie’s vision for a world where financial professionals have the confidence and tools to give cash flow and debt advice morphed into a software and online education company.  The Money Finder has seen triple-digit growth year after year and was entirely bootstrapped for the first 3 years. Stephanie is a passionate participant of Infusionsoft's Elite Education programs and, while she took a less than common path to building and leading a technology company, much can be learned from her journey along the way.
